We built a working MVP of a dialectic AI engine in ten days. Within two hours of posting the job, I had 44 proposals. Guglielmo's stood out immediately, not for what he promised, but for how precisely he understood the problem.
What distinguished him throughout was his consistent delivery and his unusual clarity and honesty in communication. When he disagreed, he said so directly and with reasoning. When something needed flagging, he flagged it before I asked. His technical decisions were sound, and his architecture is clean enough that a student cloned it and ran it independently.
